About the position

Work Area: Development
Work Location: 100% remote (meetings in CET timezone)
Expected Travel: 0%, (2 to 3 team events per year)
Experience Level:  Senior
Employment Type: Freelance Contractor or temporary part-time contract
Days per week: 1 - 2 days

By applying your Scrum Master skills, you will lead your security team in securing SAP’s major platforms running on cutting edge technology stacks. This way you will be able to continuously extend and at the same time share your knowledge. If you are interested in information security, enthusiastic about agile principles and processes, love to deeply analyze and understand software, have a goal-oriented and accurate style of working, and maybe even have fun breaking the security of things, then you are a perfect fit, and we'd be happy to receive your application.

Expectations and Tasks

• Lead and enable a global, remote team to produce great results
• Organize and moderate agile ceremonies
• Support to on-off board team members
• Make sure that everyone is following the rules

• Support within the field customer and employee satisfaction survey

Must-haves

• Experience with leading a global remote team
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe)
• Excellent English and communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Profound experience with tools from the Microsoft ecosystem (365 Business Premium and Azure DevOps)
• Experience within the SAP and/or Cybersecurity ecosystem
• Experience within B2B SaaS Solution companies

• Product Management experience
