About the Role
You cover all our legal aspects in the domains of SaaS, Intellectual Property, and Data Privacy regulations. Good domain knowledge is required as you will be required to collaborate with external Subject-matter experts.

Must-haves
- Experience with SaaS Contracts
- Affinity to contractual wordings and precision of terms
- Solid background in Information Security Management System (ISMS), Quality Management Systems (QMS, SDLC) and global Data Protection Regulations (e. g. GDPR, CCPA)
- General knowledge about technology and security measures of SAP solution offerings
- Fluent English with ability to present and negotiate
- Verbal and written communication skills, including experience in presenting technical information in a business or regulatory context to attorneys, Data Privacy officers and Security officers
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
Nice-to-haves
- Proficiency in other languages advantageous, German preferred
- Business/technical background preferred
