About the position

Work Area: HR
Work Location: 100% remote (meetings in CET timezone)
Expected Travel: 0%, (2 to 3 team events per year)
Experience Level:  Senior
Employment Type: Freelance Contractor or temporary part-time contract
Days per week: 1 - 2 days

About the role

To lead the process of identifying, researching, generating, and networking with potential job candidates in order to build a winning team for Security Hub. Your responsibility is to generate a consistent flow of highly-skilled applicants and turn them into successful team members. Additionally, you're expected to take care of the on-off boarding processes for a great candidate and employee experience. You are a communicative person and sensitive to the needs of the team, being aware of the working dynamic and identifying areas for improvement based on the team's feedback.

Staff must be willing and able to perform in a way that achieves results. You serve as an internal Service Center for our employees and are responsible for a great employee experience and OKRs.


Expectations and Tasks

  • On-the-Job Staff Development
  • Manage HR Policies and Checklists
  • Meet global legal requirements
  • Manage talent sourcing and prescreen candidates
  • Digital onboarding
    • execute or initialize on-off boarding
  • Organize team events such as our PI Plannings and workation weeks
  • Serve as a  Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for our global, remote workforce
  • Maintain and execute on-off boarding tasks
  • Conduct regular interviews, surveys and identify space for improvement to keep the team happy, productive and motivated


Must-haves

  • 3+ years of experience in an international environment
